  1. Non-refundable items
    One-time use items are non-refundable.

  2. Refunds for other products
    For all other products (excluding one-time use items), refunds are available only if the following conditions are met:

    • The product is unused and in its original packaging.

    • The refund request is submitted within 14 days of the purchase date.

    • A valid proof of purchase (e.g., product photos and open-box vedeo) is provided.

  3. How to request a refund
    Please contact us at [vettoolpro@gmail.com] with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

  4. Exceptions
    We reserve the right to deny refunds for items that show signs of use, damage, or missing parts, unless caused by our error.
